The IASLC offers travel grants to help healthcare personnel attend the IASLC 2025 Pan-Africa Conference on Lung Cancer (#PACLC25).
Award recipients are determined by an international, multidisciplinary review committee.
Application Process
- The online application allows an individual to create an account to complete the application in multiple sessions.
- If an application is completed by PDF, it should be emailed to meetings@iaslc.org
Application Questions
Applicants are required to provide short answers to the below questions:
- What conditions do you treat in relation to lung cancer or how do you support those with lung cancer?
- What are your goals or what do you hope to gain by attending PACLC?
- What are the top 3 healthcare challenges in your region?
- What do you hope to learn at PACLC that you can bring back and implement within your healthcare community?
- Please share any ideas you may have for research projects in your community around lung cancer.
Grant Award Details
Recipients will receive:
- complimentary conference registration
- 2 nights hotel accommodation at the Labadi Beach Hotel
- Up to $1,500 USD travel stipend
